got up at 630 did some cardio and arms today.
it was an awesome feeling being the ONLY person in the gym that was running everyone else was walking or doing the elliptical.And with arms I finally recorded each of my starting weights so I can have a baseband to start from. Also I’m a little sore, an will prob be hurting later on today, which is a great thing :) I had two eggs and a glass of milk along with some pineapple for breakfast. My first snack of the day is going to be an apple, a few almonds, and a fruit smoothie I’ll post some pictures up later. And speaking of pictures I’m going to get some starting pics up later tonight hopefully :) Thanks all!
